Oh Behave!

Reading with Grandma

Hanging with Gibson

Here is one of Guthrie's newest friends. He was only about 10 days old in these pictures.

What it takes to get a smile...

Obviously not too much as this video can show.

A favorite

I think this may be my favorite picture of Guthrie yet. He looks so grown up here.

A really nice day in Madison

The only thing missing was dad. We set up the high chair outside and Guthrie had a lot of fun with Grandma and Grandpa and it turns out he likes avocados (he wasn't so sure at first).

Swimming on the floor

Here's another preview to crawling.. this video is again pretty old. Guthrie is crawling and climbing all over everything and everyone... We have to get some video to post....

Giggling by the pool parts I and II

So these videos are still from our trip to Arizona but they seemed cute enough to go back for. We're trying to catch up ... more to come.

previews of things to come

Here's Guthrie learning how to crawl and clap... (and just a random cute one with a stuffed dog)

A New Friend

These pictures are pretty old now (January'09), but here is Guthrie hanging out with his friend Harper.

Here, Mama Guthrie and Mama Harper discuss the joys of parenthood.

Iowa

Guthrie met his great-grandpa last weekend in Cedar Rapids. Aunt Rocky was there too.

Scott and Guthrie and I had fun getting there and getting back. We stopped for lunch and a walk at a park...

Some old pictures

We recently discovered how to get pictures off our phone. So here are some pretty old pictures we recently re-discovered:

This is Guthrie's first photo. We couldn't get out camera to work right after he was born so Scott used the phone. Not sure if it was the camera or the lack of sleep/exhaustion.

I wish this wasn't so blurry... so tiny!
Guthrie's first hike/walk.

A Few More Arizona Pics

Ooops - I guess the last one was still in Wisconsin. It still looks like that here....

A Grandma Sandwich

Guthrie is the luckiest boy in the world, he has two wonderful grandmas and a great Bob Dylan Poster.

Grandma's visit

Grandma stopped by to play with Guthrie

Wes the Explorer

We hate to steal the thunder from Grackle Boy but we had some cute Wes pictures we wanted to post.

Fishing.

A job well done.

Best friends.

Hiking II

Wes is in much better hiking shape than Guthire. Here he is still awake near the end of the hike.

Hiking I

Guthrie enjoyed our hike in the Catalina mountains. Don't let these pictures fool you, he slept most of the way.

We like this one of Wes and his dad.

Cousin Wes and Guthrie

Wesley was nice enough to share his toys with Guthrie, although some of them were still too advanced.

Soaking up the sun

Guthrie located the undertoe in the pool.
