Welcome to our random dinner table discussions

Vroooom!

Guthrie loves the vacuum cleaner. When he sees it, he immediately starts making vacuum noises and climbs aboard.

Blocks

He will spend - literally - a half an hour making towers with these blocks. First time he has concentrated on anything more than 5 minutes.

Playtime II

Again, playing until he drops. Yes, we know he has a lot of Badger wear.

Playtime I

When Guthrie gets home from daycare each day he is pretty worn out, but of course he must keep playing. These are some pictures from a typical weeknight minutes before crashing.

Snow Day

So pretty. Too bad that Guthrie doesn't quite get it yet. He doesn't like mittens but cries when his fingers get cold. I guess we have to wait until next year to really play in the snow...

Visit from Grandpa

This is a little old, but here are some pictures from Grandpa's last visit.

new shoes

He was not so sure at first. Now he loves to put on his new shoes.

My Cat in a Box

One of Guthrie's favorite Birthday gifts.

Walking Practice

Here is a game we played with Guthrie when he was first learning to walk (This video is probably from August or so). He used to love walking around and around the kitchen table. Sorry my voice is so loud, and the video is a little long (but the spill at the end is worth it).

Learning to use a spoon?

Duck!

Corn Post - the prequel

This was actually supposed to be the corn post. We just found it again. Here is Guthrie learning to eat corn.

Potpourri

Halloween

Guthrie is (er was) a monkey.
